The Borgman Company is a diversified private holding company focused on building strong assets that create lasting value across foundational industries that power the global economy. We make long-term investments in assets where we see value, growth, and untapped potential. By providing a permanent home and patient capital, we support our companies through changing business environments and enable management teams to operate with broad autonomy. We build value over time by reinvesting in our businesses, supporting experienced leadership, and strengthening performance for the long term. Much of our focus is centered around long-term holding operations, but we also operate two additional divisions:

Within the private equity division, we target opportunities across undervalued companies and assets in which we uncover and unlock value using a variety of core profit mechanisms such as recapitalizations and exits.

Within the real estate division, we target opportunities across new development, office to residential conversions, and multi-family apartment buildings.
